Camilo Sarmiento is the owner of Media Link, a company dedicated to market research and polls. He is married to Josefina and father of seven children. Ana Maria Rojas is Camilo's personal assistant. She has been in charge of managing the schedule and life of her boss for over 20 years. The same amount of time she has been secretly in love with him.
The life of everyone changes radically when Josefina finds out she has cancer and decides to find - helped by the efficient Anita - a woman to take her place, as mother of seven and wife, afther she is gone. Now, Anita has the opportunity of achieving that impossible love with her boss. There are still a few surprises, and not everything is settled in the lives of these characters.
