Anna is caught between life and death, and a funeral director who appears to have the gift of transitioning the dead, but seems intent on burying her alive.  Meanwhile, her distraught boyfriend is still grieving the loss of Anna and suspicious that she is still alive and being held captive at the funeral home. Though it's possible she isn't dead after all, it's equally possible that she's already in hell in this macabre thriller.
